The Opportunity

The role of the fuel pricing analyst is to maximize fuel volume across the OTR retail network.  The purpose of the role is to conduct robust and insightful reporting and analysis to allow us to react quickly to changes in the market.  We use industry specific software and the successful applicant will be fully trained.

The Company

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and developing strategies for improved performance
  • Reviewing market conditions and ensuring data is gathered regularly and accurately
  • Becoming the go to person in the use and configuration of our software
  • Analysing fuel reconciliation data from sites and actioning accordingly
  • Logging issues and instigating corrective measures, closing the loop on any issues raised
  • Submitting reports to the GM of Fuels and ensuring procedures are accurate, current and comprehensive
  • Providing environmental governance of wet stock across the retail network

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline
  • Advanced MS office skills particularly Excel
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Recent University graduates are encouraged to apply
